Commencement of studies

The Master’s degree programme commences in the autumn semester.

A positive decision on admission applies exclusively to the entry semester for which the application was submitted. The binding schedule and further information on the admissions process can be found on the pages of the Admissions Office.

Commencement of studies in the spring semester is only possible for holders of an ETH Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Engineering. The following course-specific features must be taken into consideration:

Interdisciplinary project work is only offered once a year in the autumn semester. Before starting this group work, the student should have completed the compulsory subjects and earned about 30 credits in the category of the specialist subjects. It follows from this that the duration of study is extended by one semester when commencing studies in the spring semester.
