The info desk for students at D-BAUG and the study administration office for Geospatial Engineering support and advise students on administrative matters. The director of studies has overall responsibility for the degree programme in Geospatial Engineering.
The student computer infrastructure BAUWELT is managed by the central D-BAUG IT division.

The info desk for students in HIL E 32.1 will be open on Tuesday and Wednesday until further notice (10:45 - 12:45 and 14:00 - 15:00).

The service at the information desk includes:
- General information concerning registration, student ID card (“Legi”), holidays, scholarships etc.
- Acceptance of documents (official requests, requests to issue degrees etc.)
- Issuing of brochures, guidelines, regulations, information sheets etc.
- Presentation of transcripts of records
- Assessment of military service postponement applications
- Room reservations for students (meeting rooms, lecture halls)

The Geospatial Engineering administration office offers the following services:
- Information on administrative issues regarding degree programmes in Geospatial Engineering, Geomatic Engineering and Planning, Geomatics and Spatial Development and Infrastructure Systems
- Consultation on further courses of study
- Registration for project work, Bachelor’s and Master's theses
- Information about transfer from other degree programmes
- Advice on exchange programmes (departmental exchange advisor: Regula Oertle)
