Dr. Mishra and Prof Dr. Flatt won the Sandmeyer Group Prize

Gratulations to Prof. Robert J. Flatt, ETH Zürich, Dr. Ratan K. Mishra, ETH Zürich as part of the group with Dr. Martin Weibel, Sika Technology AG, Dr. Thomas Müller, Sika Deutschland GmbH, Prof. Hendrik Heinz, University of Colorado Boulder for winning the Sandmeyer Group Prize for their experimental and modelling studies of new commercial organic additives for the grinding of inorganic solids.

26th of October 2015, Zhenzhong Su (Institute for Geodesy and Photogrammetry, ETHZ), Tonio Gsell (Computer Engineering and Networks Laboratory TIK, ETHZ) and Alexander Wolf (Institute for Geodesy and Photogrammetry, ETHZ) won two prizes as an innovator group at the international European Satellite Navigation Competition (ESNC).
Two awards for ETH Zurich at the 14th International Congress on the Chemistry of Cement

At this year's International Congress on the Chemistry of Cement (ICCC) Ms. Delphine Marchon, PhD student in the Chair for Physical Chemistry of Building Materials at ETH Zürich, received an award for her work as well as Prof. Folker H. Wittman, emeritus professor from ETHZ, received an Award for his sustained contribution.

Karl-Kraus young talent prize

Corinne Stucker won this prestigious award with her bachelor’s dissertation on the subject of ‘Classification of vegetation in a laserscan point cloud’ (supervisors: J.D. Wegner, K. Schindler/Institute for Geodesic Engineering + Photogrammetry).
