Master Student Civil Engineering
Leave this world a little better than you found it
I come from a small village in Luxembourg and am 24 years old. What distinguishes me is my open ear for everyone, my good organisation, my social commitment and my willingness to help. Even as a small child, I was fascinated by the mountains in Switzerland, so I ended up in Switzerland for my studies. I started with interdisciplinary natural sciences, but that was too theoretical for me. I missed the applied side of it, so after a year I switched to civil engineering. I completed my Bachelor's degree and am currently in my Master's degree, where I am specialising in geotechnical engineering and transport systems. Further to my studies, I am involved in several student associations in order to have a balance in my studies and to make a difference that others can benefit from. I can't say yet where I see myself in 5 years. I will follow my gut feeling and see which opportunities open up and which I want to take.
