The study administration office for Geospatial Engineering assists students in administrative matters and in consultations. The director of studies bears overall responsibility for the programme.
The student computer infrastructure BAUWELT is managed by the central D-BAUG IT division.

The info desk for students in HIL E 32.1 will be open on Tuesday and Wednesday until further notice (10:45 - 12:45 and 14:00 - 15:00).

- General information concerning registration, student ID card (“Legi”), holidays, scholarships etc.
- Acceptance of documents (official requests, requests to issue degrees etc.)
- Issuing of brochures, guidelines, regulations, information sheets etc.
- Presentation of transcripts of records
- Assessment of military service postponement applications
- Room reservations for students (meeting rooms, lecture halls)
