Administration and Services
The Civil Engineering studies administration office supports students with administrative issues and with guidance. The director of studies bears full responsibility for the degree programme.
The student computer infrastructure BAUWELT is managed by the central D-BAUG IT division.
Info Desk for Students
The service at the information desk includes:
- General information concerning registration, student ID card (“Legi”), holidays, scholarships etc.
- Acceptance of documents (official requests, requests to issue degrees etc.)
- Issuing of brochures, guidelines, regulations, information sheets etc.
- Presentation of transcripts of records
- Assessment of military service postponement applications
- Room reservations for students (meeting rooms, lecture halls)
Study Administration Office
The Civil Engineering study administration office offers the following services:
- Course-specific study advisory services
- Information on transfer to or from other degree programmes
- Recognition of external study achievements in the Master’s degree studies
- Guidance for elite athletes
- Registration for projects and Bachelor’s theses
- Guidance on exchange studies (Departmental exchange coordinator: Enrico Manna)
Director of Studies
The director of studies bears full responsibility for the degree programme, approves acceptance of programme regulations and is available to provide students with specialist guidance.
