Corona video diary from the D-BAUG at ETH Zurich with Walter Kaufmann (16.4.2020)
The students give the digital lessons of Walter Kaufmann and his team top grades. And as Professor of Structural Engineering, he regrets that he is currently unable to do any experimental research.
As a citizen, he also takes a critical view of the discourse on the sovereign interpretation of the corona crisis and the role of scientists as advisors to politics. And he predicts that the corona crisis will not only give ETH Zurich, but also the society as a whole, a digital boost.
