TAP visits the measurement laboratory of IGP
For the first time in over two years, TAP could offer a guided tour for the technical-administrative staff at D-BAUG – it was great to meet again in person!
The staff representatives Ruth Kläy, Dominik Werne and Martin Huber had been able to win over Robert Presl and David Salido from the measurement laboratory of the Institute for Geodesy and Photogrammetry (IGP) for this purpose.
On the lower levels of the HIL building, the visitors were able to get a sense of the walk-in climate chamber and to also take a closer look at the high-precision instruments – including the more than 50 m long system for high-precision distance measurement.
The entertaining tour was concluded with an aperitif outside, where there was ample opportunity to meet and catch-up again.
